Tenant Agreement

By using the platform as a tenant, you confirm and agree that:

• All information you provide, including but not limited to identity, income, employment, and property preferences, is accurate and truthful.
• Your income and employment details are genuine and you have the authority to share them.
• Your employer has authorised the provision of employment information and any guarantee.
• All documents you upload are authentic and not tampered with.
• You understand and accept the lease obligations, including rent payment, property care, and compliance with landlord's reasonable rules.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the property (subject to fair wear and tear) and will compensate the landlord accordingly.
• You understand that defaulting on rent may lead to recovery actions by the landlord or their financial partners, including debt collection and legal proceedings.
• You consent to sharing your information with landlords and financial partners for the purpose of rent protection and verification.
• You acknowledge that the platform facilitates connections and does not guarantee the condition or suitability of any property.
• You agree to communicate in good faith and resolve disputes amicably.

Landlord Agreement

By using the platform as a landlord, you confirm and agree that:

• You are the legal owner of the property or have the authority to rent it, and you will provide proof of ownership upon request.
• All property information you provide, including rent, condition, and amenities, is accurate and complete.
• You agree to cooperate with viewing requests in a timely manner and to provide access to the property for inspections.
• You will deal fairly with all tenants and platform users, without discrimination.
• You understand the conditions for rent protection and will comply with scheme requirements, including providing necessary documentation and cooperating with financial partners.
• You agree to remove your property listing if it is no longer available for rent or if you no longer wish to participate.
• You consent to sharing your property details with potential tenants and financial partners for the purpose of matching and rent protection.
• You acknowledge that the platform does not guarantee the solvency or behaviour of any tenant.
• You agree to resolve disputes in good faith and, where possible, through mediation before resorting to legal action.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please contact us at complaints@eliterentals.pk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 10 working days. If we cannot resolve it, we will provide a written explanation and escalate to senior management if needed. We will keep you informed of progress.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved, we offer mediation services through our partner dispute resolution providers. As a last resort, disputes may be referred to the courts of Lahore, Pakistan. All parties are encouraged to seek legal advice before proceeding.

AML / KYC Policy

Elite Rentals is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, including identity verification (CNIC/Passport), address verification, and source of funds checks where required. We may request additional documentation and reserve the right to report suspicious activities to relevant authorities in compliance with applicable laws.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or profiles.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Use the platform for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal transactions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or any content that may harm the platform or its users.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's operation or security.
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users without consent.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and may be reported to authorities.
